How to measure your body
- Chest or bust: measure around the fullest part, keeping the tape level under your arms.
- Natural waist: measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
- Hip: measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
- Shoulder: measure across your back from shoulder point to shoulder point.
- Sleeve: measure from the shoulder point to the wrist with your arm slightly bent.
- Inside leg: measure from the top of the inner thigh to the ankle bone.
How to measure your feet
- Stand on a sheet of paper with your full weight on your foot.
- Mark the back of your heel and the end of your longest toe.
- Measure between the marks and repeat for both feet.
- Use the longer measurement when comparing sizes.
Body measurements describe you. Garment measurements describe the item. Compare measurements with a similar item you already own whenever possible.
