Natural waist: measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
Hip: measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Shoulder: measure across your back from shoulder point to shoulder point.
Sleeve: measure from the shoulder point to the wrist with your arm slightly bent.
Inside leg: measure from the top of the inner thigh to the ankle bone.
