Shipping Policy

Where we deliver: We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Where orders ship from: Ashen London is operated from Canada. Your order is fulfilled by our fulfilment partner in China and shipped directly to your door.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 5–11 business days of being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). This includes the time needed to prepare your order and the time in transit. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Delivery cost: Delivery is free on UK orders over £50. Orders under £50 have a standard delivery charge of £3.99. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Late or lost parcels: If your order has not arrived within 11 business days of being placed, email info@ashenlondon.uk with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier, and if your parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Delivery address: Please check your address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
